Cookie Policy
Joykek Dijital Reklam ve Pazarlama Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti.
1. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. On your next visit the browser sends it back, allowing the site to recognise you and remember your preferences.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixel tags. In this policy, "cookie" covers all of them.
2. Categories We Use
We group cookies into four categories. Everything other than the strictly necessary ones runs only if you allow it.
- Functional (necessary): Required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. Session security, language preference, form submission and remembering your cookie choice fall here. No consent is required because the service you requested cannot be delivered without them.
- Preferences: Remember your interface choices. If you turn these off the site still works; some preferences simply reset on each visit.
- Statistics: Measure how often pages are viewed, in aggregate and anonymously (Google Analytics 4). Not used to identify you personally.
- Marketing: Measure advertising performance and enable remarketing (Google Ads, Meta Pixel). If you turn these off you may still see ads; they simply will not be personalised.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Where you consent, cookies from the following providers may run. Their own privacy policies apply:
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager): visit measurement and advertising performance
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel): ad measurement and remarketing
- Google reCAPTCHA: form security. This runs as a necessary service to prevent automated abuse.
We use Google Consent Mode v2: for categories you have not allowed, no identifying data is sent to these providers.
4. Managing Your Preferences
Use the consent window shown on your first visit to switch categories on and off individually. To change your decision later, click Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page.
You can also delete or block all cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
5. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies vary by purpose: your cookie decision is kept for 12 months and analytics cookies for at most 24 months. When they expire we ask again.
6. Changes
When the cookies we use change we update this policy, and if the category list changes we ask for your consent again. Earlier consent does not cover a category added later.
