Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers all services provided on joykek.com and its subdomains. What we process and on what legal basis is set out in our Privacy Notice; cookie details are in the Cookie Policy. The three documents form a single whole.

We do not sell products through this site and there is no user account system. Information you share when contacting us is used only to handle your request and to run the service relationship.

2. Our Principles

• We never sell data. We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing.
• Data minimisation. We ask only for what the purpose requires and keep required form fields to a minimum.
• Purpose limitation. Data collected for one purpose is not repurposed for an unrelated one.
• Transparency. We state plainly who we share with, how long we keep data, and what rights you have.

3. Security Measures

We apply technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing and access:

• Site-wide HTTPS (TLS) encryption and HSTS
• Role-based access to the admin panel, strong password policy and lockout after failed logins
• Bot protection on forms (Google reCAPTCHA v3, honeypot field and rate limiting)
• Encrypted storage and regular backups of the database
• Access and activity logging
• Data processing agreements and confidentiality undertakings with suppliers

No transmission method or storage system is one hundred per cent secure. We take the utmost care but cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a breach we notify affected individuals and the supervisory authority within the statutory period.

4. AI Assistant

The assistant on our site passes your questions to an AI service provider. Conversations are stored to measure service quality and to follow up your request. Please do not enter sensitive information such as identity numbers, card details, passwords or health data.

5. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please read the policy of every site you visit.

6. Children's Data

Our services are not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such data we delete it without delay.

7. Your Control

• Cookies: change your decision at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
• Marketing messages: unsubscribe with one click from the link at the bottom of every email.
• Data rights: submit access, rectification and erasure requests through our request form.
