Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

This notice is issued by Joykek Dijital Reklam ve Pazarlama Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). For visitors in the EEA/UK, it also serves as our GDPR privacy notice.

2. What We Process

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, company, job title.
• Request content: your message, the services you are interested in, project details.
• Security data: IP address, browser and device information, visit timestamps, referrer, access logs.
• Marketing data: cookie choices, campaign source (utm, gclid), on-site behaviour.
• Consent records: which notice you accepted and when, your marketing opt-in, and the IP address at the time of consent.

We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion, biometrics). Please do not include such information in our forms.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your quote, information and contact requests
• Pre-contractual discussions, and the conclusion and performance of a service agreement
• Invoicing, accounting and statutory bookkeeping
• Website security, prevention of abuse and fraud
• Measuring site usage and improving our services and content
• Sending marketing messages only where you have opted in
• Advertising measurement and remarketing only where you have accepted marketing cookies
• Meeting legal obligations and establishing or defending legal claims

4. Legal Bases

We do not rely on consent for everything. Consent is requested only where no other basis applies.

• Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps: handling quote requests, delivering services.
• Legal obligation: invoices, accounting records, access logs required by Law No. 5651.
• Legitimate interests: site security, abuse prevention, service quality measurement.
• Establishment or defence of legal claims: retaining evidence for potential disputes.
• Consent: marketing messages and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

5. How We Collect Data

Data is collected electronically, by wholly or partly automated means: contact and quote forms on this website, our AI assistant, email and telephone correspondence, cookies and similar technologies.

6. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary and proportionate:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (servers, database, transactional email)
• Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta) — only where you have accepted the relevant cookies
• Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers, auditors), to the extent required
• Competent public authorities, where required by law and within the scope requested

Some providers host data outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made under Article 9 of the KVKK with appropriate safeguards (adequacy, undertakings or standard contractual clauses) or on the basis of your explicit consent.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as the purpose requires and no less than the minimum periods set by law. See our Data Retention and Disposal Policy for details.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

9. Changes

We may update this notice as legislation and our processes change. The version in force is always published on this page; the date at the top is the last update date.
