Data Subject Request

1. Who Can Apply

Anyone whose personal data we process may exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Applications are free of charge; where the request requires additional cost, the fee set by the Board may apply.

2. What to Include

• Full name (and signature if submitted on paper)
• National ID number, or nationality and passport number for foreign nationals
• Residential or business address for service
• Email, phone or fax number for notification, if any
• The request itself, stated clearly
• Any supporting information or documents

For data security we cannot complete requests where we are unable to verify your identity; in that case we will ask for further information.

4. Response Time

We respond as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, in writing or electronically according to the method you indicate.

If your request is refused, the response is inadequate or no response is given in time, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any case within 60 days of your application.

5. Applying on Behalf of Someone Else

If you apply on behalf of another person, please attach a power of attorney containing specific authority, or documentation showing that you are a parent or legal guardian.
